ALI Debuts New Song for 'Boku to Roboco' in JUMP MV Collaboration

The music project ALI has composed a new song for the manga series 'Boku to Roboco'. The collaboration music video, pairing the manga's creator Shuuhei Miyazaki with ALI's track 'BABY, GOOD TIMES', premieres September 12.

This is the 60th entry in the ongoing JUMP MV series, a partnership between Shueisha's Weekly Shonen Jump and Sony Music. The MV features scenes from the daily life of the series' main characters, Roboko and Bond, alongside new artwork by Miyazaki specifically drawn for this collaboration.

The premiere is scheduled for 19:30 JST on the official Jump Channel YouTube page. The song itself is being unveiled for the first time with this video.

ALI's song 'LOST IN PARADISE' was the ending theme for 'Jujutsu Kaisen'.

In a statement, ALI's vocalist LEO explained the song's concept was built around the character Roboko dancing to Northern Soul. "Through the production, by imagining myself as a boy and becoming Bond, and by thinking about Roboko, I was able to learn important things too," LEO said.

The manga 'Boku to Roboco' follows an ordinary elementary school boy, Bond, who receives an exceptionally clumsy and powerful maid robot named Roboko. The series' 28th volume is set for release on October 2.

The 'BABY, GOOD TIMES' single is available on streaming platforms. The full JUMP MV playlist, featuring collaborations with artists for series like 'Jujutsu Kaisen', 'My Hero Academia', and 'Naruto', is on YouTube.
