BY THE BEAT Announces Dual-Language Singles 'MERORI' and '僕にメロり'

The VTuber unit BY THE BEAT will release two digital singles this summer. The English-language track 'MERORI' arrives on July 31, followed by the Japanese version '僕にメロり' on August 5.

The group consists of four members from NIJISANJI EN: Zeal Ginjoka, Freodore, Seible, and Kaelix Debonair. They released their first original song, 'Double Vision', in March 2026.

Composer MUTEKI DEAD SNAKE, known for work with Snow Man and M!LK, wrote the song. The track is built around a repeating, catchy hook—"僕にメロ メロ メロ メロり"—set against a Latin music base. The lyrics are about a summer night pool party.

Short previews of both language versions are now available on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube. The group's official channels have also released animated dance clips featuring their mascot.

The full choreography was created by Getsu, a choreographer for anime, games, and VTuber projects. A fan campaign in April 2026 solicited "melty" lines for the members to say at a night pool.

The Japanese version of the song will have its radio premiere on FM NACK5's program 'Kira Star' on July 23.
