Creative Lab Shakumudo releases digital single 'Gentle Sun'

Creative Lab Shakumudo, the duo of vocalist uka and composer Hattory, has released its second digital single, "Gentle Sun" (優しい陽). The track is available now on streaming platforms.

The song centers on piano and strings, paired with uka's ethereal vocals. Hattory described the track's intent as a slightly optimistic perspective on moving past difficult times.

The accompanying music video opens in reverse slow motion. It builds to a final scene featuring a large number of chairs burning intensely.

Shakumudo debuted in August 2025 with the single "忘れゆくもの."

"Gentle Sun" is available via the standard link aggregator. The duo is active on YouTube, X, Instagram, and TikTok.
