DOES Announces Second Digital Single 'Nandatte Iiyo' for October Release

DOES will release a new digital single, "Nandatte Iiyo," on October 16, 2026. The single is the second of three consecutive monthly releases for the band's 20th anniversary.

The track is a garage rock song. It was written and composed by frontman Wataru Ujihara.

The single follows "Ningen Shikkaku" (Human Lost), released on September 6. That song was inspired by Osamu Dazai's novel The Setting Sun.

The band has contributed theme songs to anime series like Gintama and NARUTO: Shippuden. The three-piece band from Fukuoka consists of Wataru Ujihara (vocals/guitar), Yasushi Akatsuka (bass), and Kesaku Morita (drums).

The artwork for "Nandatte Iiyo" was illustrated by Harukawa35, the artist for the manga Bungo Stray Dogs. It features a monochrome drawing of the three band members.

"Nandatte Iiyo" will be available on major streaming services from October 16.
