ENHYPEN to Continue as Six, HEESEUNG Pursues Solo Career

ENHYPEN will reorganize as a six-member group, with HEESEUNG departing to pursue a solo career. Their label, BELIFT LAB, announced the change on March 10 via the global fan platform Weverse.

BELIFT LAB stated the decision followed extensive discussions about the group's future direction and the members' individual aspirations. The label confirmed HEESEUNG's distinct musical direction and chose to respect it.

He thanked the members and the group's fandom, ENGENE, for helping him reach for dreams he once thought were unattainable. He added he is working hard to prepare a solo album.

The label noted HEESEUNG did not wish to prioritize his own desires within the team, and the other members showed great consideration for him.

ENHYPEN debuted in November 2020. Last year, their second studio album 'ROMANCE : UNTOLD' achieved triple-million seller status, and their 'WALK THE LINE' world tour attracted approximately 676,000 attendees globally. The group has since won major awards at ceremonies including the MAMA Awards and the Hanteo Music Awards.
