Fender Next 2026 Program Selects Japanese Artists Chevon and ハク。

Fender has announced the 15 artists selected for its 2026 global artist development program, Fender Next. Two Japanese acts are among the cohort: the three-piece rock band Chevon from Sapporo, and the four-piece band ハク。 (Haku.), based in Osaka.

The program, now in its eighth year, provides selected artists with expanded exposure through Fender's social media channels and opportunities to appear in the brand's award-winning content. This year's roster includes artists from eight countries: the United States, Japan, China, South Korea, Colombia, Ireland, Argentina, and the United Kingdom.

Since its launch in 2019, Fender Next has supported 195 artists. Past alumni include IDLES, Sam Fender, beabadoobee, Phoebe Bridgers, Little Simz, Wet Leg, and Larkin Poe.

The full list of Fender Next 2026 artists is: 54 Ultra (USA), BALTHVS (Colombia), Bleech 9:3 (Ireland), Chevon (Japan), Chloe Slater (UK), Fayzz (China), ハク。 (Japan), Marlon Funaki (USA), Pacifica (Argentina), Redoor (South Korea), The Paradox (USA), They Are Gutting a Body of Water (USA), This Is Lorelei (USA), Ty Myers (USA), and Winyah (USA).
