Gorillaz Announce New Single 'Orange County' and Album 'The Mountain'

Gorillaz have released their latest single, "Orange County," featuring Bizarrap, Kara Jackson, and Anoushka Shankar. This track is part of their upcoming album, 'The Mountain', set to release on February 27, 2026.

The single "Orange County" is accompanied by "The Hardest Thing," featuring Tony Allen. Both tracks offer a combined visual experience through a complete visualizer. Damon Albarn, the creative force behind Gorillaz, penned "The Hardest Thing" as a tribute to his late collaborator Tony Allen.

'The Mountain' features a diverse lineup of collaborators, including Ajay Prasanna, Amaan & Ayaan Ali Bangash, Black Thought, and Johnny Marr. Recorded in London, Mumbai, and Los Angeles, the album features five languages.

In addition to the album, Gorillaz will host an immersive exhibition titled "House of Kong" in Los Angeles from February 26 to March 19. The exhibition coincides with two exclusive performances at the Hollywood Palladium on February 22 and 23, where the band will perform 'The Mountain' in its entirety.

The album 'The Mountain' will be available in various formats, including digital download, standard CD, deluxe 2CD, standard vinyl, and a limited collector's box with art prints. First release from Gorillaz's label Kong, distributed by The Orchard.
