Kyary Pamyu Pamyu announces 15th anniversary single 'Focus Focus'

Kyary Pamyu Pamyu will release a new single, "Focus Focus," on June 24.

The song is described as an upbeat electro-dance tune themed around "light." Its lyrics incorporate camera terminology like "focal length" and "depth of field" in her signature pop wordplay style.

Pre-saves for the single are now live on Apple Music and Spotify.

Kyary Pamyu Pamyu made her major debut in August 2011 with the mini-album "Moshi Moshi Harajuku." She has since completed five world tours and performed at Coachella in 2022.

A 15th-anniversary festival, "PAMYU FES," is scheduled for August 22 at Pia Arena MM in Kanagawa, Japan. The lineup includes Atarashii Gakko no Leaders, Kishidan, Kaela Kimura, FRUITS ZIPPER, and MONGOL800.

Ticket pre-orders begin June 22.
