LoFi Artist Mellow Publishes Bilingual Novel Ahead of 3D Debut Live

Mellow, the LoFi artist with 1.74 million YouTube subscribers, has released a music-linked fantasy novella. The work, titled Under the Moon at the End of the East, is available in both Japanese and English on pixiv.

At specific points in the text, readers are prompted to listen to Mellow's original tracks, including the theme song "Under the Moon at the End of the East" and the insert song "Someone Dances in the Rain."

The live, titled "Mellow 3D Debut Live -Black Cat and Moon Night Party-", will be streamed on YouTube Live on July 25, 2026, with sponsorship from AI consulting firm PUENTE Inc.

The Japanese version of the novella is approximately 34,000 characters, while the English translation runs about 14,000 words. Both are free to read on pixiv.
