Rol3ert Collaborates with UK Band King No-One on 'Transgressions'

The collaboration track "Transgressions (feat. Rol3ert)" was released worldwide today. The song is a rework of a track from King No-One's 2025 debut album, with Rol3ert contributing new Japanese lyrics and vocals.

Rol3ert, a 20-year-old singer-songwriter, and the Manchester-based band King No-One have never met in person. The collaboration began after the band's month-long stay in Japan last summer, with the track completed through file exchanges between Tokyo and Manchester. The song features King No-One frontman Zach Lount's English vocals on self-acceptance, answered by Rol3ert's Japanese lyrics.

The single is available on global streaming platforms. It will not appear on Rol3ert's upcoming debut album.

Rol3ert's first album, titled meet me in my head, is scheduled for release on October 21. The album cover and new artist photos were also revealed today.

The album will include 14 tracks, combining previously released songs like "savior" and "HOPE" with five new compositions. Tracks "sweet tear" and "say my name" have been reworked as album versions. It will be released digitally and on CD, marking Rol3ert's first physical release.

Rol3ert described the album title, which translates to "meet me in my head," as an attempt to channel the chaotic world of his thoughts and emotions into a single work after 20 years of life.

A Japan tour sharing the album's name is set for November. It includes shows at Osaka BIG CAT on November 6 and Tokyo Spotify O-EAST on November 12. Ticket details for the domestic tour are available through Japanese vendors, with an overseas application link listed on eplus.

Rol3ert, born in the US in 2005 and raised in Japan from age two, began his solo career in January 2025. His music blends English lyrics with J-pop melodies. He has performed at major festivals including FUJI ROCK FESTIVAL and SUMMER SONIC, and was selected for Spotify's RADAR: Early Noise 2026 and Rolling Stone's "Future of Music" Japan representative list.
