The album features six new songs created with artists including Ikkyu Nakajima, millennium parade, BIGYUKI, and Jun Miyake. It also includes previously released collaborations with Kazuya Iizawa and Miliyah Kato.

The lead track, Supreme Treasure, was created with French high jewelry house Boucheron. Shiina Ringo wrote French lyrics for the song, which was composed and arranged by Jun Miyake. The music video, directed by Yuichi Kodama, features the artist wearing pieces from Boucheron's Quatre collection.

The album's artwork was newly illustrated by renowned Japanese graphic designer Akihiro Uno. A special website for the album features commentary from collaborators and official liner notes by economist Yūsuke Narita.

Shiina Ringo also launched a new YouTube program titled Shiina Ringo's New Light! The first episode, a corporate visit to publisher Shinchosha, premiered on March 11. A second part will be released on March 14.
