Virtual Singer RIM Releases New Single 'Prayer' with Animated MV

Virtual singer RIM has released a new single, 'Prayer' (ぷれいや). The song is her first new music in five months, following 'Nomane' in October 2025.

Lyrics, composition, and arrangement for the electro-pop track were handled by Masao Sasagawa. Mixing was done by Hiroshi Ikeda at hmc studio, with mastering by Takeo Kira at TEMAS.

An animated music video directed by artist nniko premiered simultaneously on YouTube. The video, described by the director, features mushrooms acting out 'delusions of grandeur' in a story that moves from escapism to a collective madness.

RIM is a virtual singer under KAMITSUBAKI STUDIO and PHENOMENON RECORD.

The digital single is available through a link aggregator that directs to various streaming and download services.

A separate physical live album, 'CHOCOLATE LIVE4', is available for pre-order until March 16. The album features 12 tracks recorded at a live performance.
