VTuber Inui Toko Announces Second Mini Album 'One day', Releases Single 'Broken'

VTuber Inui Toko from Nijisanji has released the digital single 'Broken'. The track is the lead single from her upcoming second mini album, 'One day', scheduled for release on October 7, 2026.

'Broken' is described as a danceable pop track that channels darker emotions. The song was written by MOMONADY, with music and arrangement by Wolf Kid. Inui Toko said the song began from a desire to try a more raw, unrestrained vocal style compared to her previous warmer songs.

The mini album 'One day' will feature six tracks on its main disc. The tracklist includes collaborations with several notable artists. Mao Abe provided the lyrics and music for 'Kimi no Koe ga Areba'. Other contributors include YONA YONA WEEKENDERS, I Don't Like Mondays., and Shin Sakiura. Inui Toko herself wrote the lyrics for the track 'Dawn'.

The album's second disc, included with limited editions, contains cover songs and rearranged versions. Covers include Fujii Kaze's 'Shinu no ga Ii wa' and Yojiro Noda's 'Chouchou Musubi'. A rearranged version of majiko's 'Jigokuya Hatchou Arashi' is also featured.

The digital single 'Broken' is available now on major streaming platforms. The full album 'One day' will be released physically in Japan on October 7, with three different editions. A second solo live titled 'Restart' is scheduled for April 24, 2027 at Tokyo Garden Theater.
