Attack on Titan Day Officially Recognized for September 9

September 9 is now the official Attack on Titan Day. The Japan Anniversary Association formally recognized the date, which marks the manga's 2009 serialization debut in Bessatsu Shonen Magazine.

A commemorative visual was released to mark the occasion. The artwork incorporates the number nine and motifs of the Nine Titans. A logo based on the Founding Titan is placed in the corner.

From September 9 at 00:00 JST to September 13 at 02:59 JST, the first 99 chapters of Attack on Titan will be available for free on the official Shonen Magazine app, MangaPoke.

A special live stream is scheduled for 21:30 JST on September 9. Voice actors Kaji Yuki (Eren Yeager), Ishikawa Yui (Mikasa Ackerman), and Shimono Hiro (Connie Springer) are set to appear. Details on the stream location will be announced later on the official Attack on Titan X account.

The line includes items featuring the official anniversary visual and new illustrations by creator Hajime Isayama depicting Eren, Levi, and Erwin in formal attire.
