Shadow Beat Anime Releases Fourth Track 'Machiawase' Featuring TOKYO Sekai

The short anime series Shadow Beat releases its fourth track, "Machiawase feat. Nakaikan, Nishikanie Eiji & Aomiru Ruri," on May 29, 2026. The song will be distributed worldwide via ULTRA-VYBE.

The track is performed by TOKYO Sekai. The voice actors for the characters Eiji Nishikanie and Ruri Aomiru, Shirokawa Sei and Sakamoto Yuri, also feature on the song. The music video will premiere on the project's official YouTube channel on the same day.

Shadow Beat is a Lo-Fi Hip-Hop anime project co-produced by Plott Inc. and Shogakukan's CoroCoro Comic editorial department. It follows a group of overlooked high school students who express their inner struggles through rap over chill beats.

The music video for "Machiawase" connects directly with the fourth episode of the anime.
