Ranma 1/2 Season 3 Theme Songs Announced, New PV Released

The opening theme, "Sunao Miman," is by singer-songwriter Fumino. She debuted in January 2026 under the NO LABEL ARTISTS label founded by Chanmina. Her debut single charted at number 9 on the Billboard Japan Hot 100.

The ending theme, "Kawaikunai," is performed by Yuika. The 21-year-old artist from Nara gained popularity on TikTok in 2021 and has since expanded her reach with Asia tours. Both songs are previewed in the newly released third promotional video.

"I took a lot of inspiration from the work," Fumino stated. "I tried to incorporate the dual nature everyone has and those frustrating feelings of not being able to be honest into the song in my own way."

"I had always thought, 'I want to do it someday too!' when I saw the artists I respect handling the themes for seasons one and two," Yuika commented. "So when I was asked, I was determined to write a song that would fully embrace Ranma 1/2."

The new PV introduces several characters debuting in the third season. Voice actors confirmed include Tanaka Minami as Beni Tsubasa, Nozawa Masako as Iemoto, and Fukuyama Jun as Daimonji Sentarou.

The music from Fumino and Yuika is available on global streaming platforms including Spotify and Apple Music. The Ranma 1/2 anime is produced by MAPPA, with original creator Takahashi Rumiko's manga having sold over 230 million copies worldwide.
