Algorithm Prescription Visual Novel Reveals Voice Cast, Steam Page

The Steam store page for the visual novel Algorithm Prescription is now live. The game's publisher, Shochiku Games, also announced its main voice cast.

The game is described as a "love x suspense" title set in Xenoria, a city entirely managed by AI. A free demo is scheduled for release in Q2 2026. The full game will feature Japanese voice acting with subtitles in Japanese, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, and English.

The main cast includes Toshinari Fukamachi as Hiiragi, a doctor at the protagonist's hospital, Haruki Ishitani as Tachibana, a neighbor, and Toshiki Masuda as Act, a mysterious helper. Supporting roles will be voiced by Yuji Kameyama, Kouhei Amasaki, Soichiro Hoshi, and Akira Sekine.

A new trailer, produced by creator emumelo, was released alongside the store page. The demo's story will follow a character named Kou, a hospital public relations staffer, as he navigates his new role with the help of the protagonist, Kokoro.

The game is a collaboration between Shochiku, Leonasoftware, and GameBridge, with scenario by Re,ARE and character illustrations by emumelo. The recommended hashtag is #アルプレ.
