Digimon Beatbreak Episode 36 Reveals Miharu's Past

Toei Animation has released the synopsis and preview screenshots for the 36th episode of the TV anime 'Digimon Beatbreak' ahead of its broadcast this weekend. The episode, titled "Distorted Code," will air in Japan on June 21.

In the new episode, GIFT begins a worldwide countdown after attacking Chairman Wong. Meanwhile, guided by Sapotama, Tomorou encounters Miharu in the Mirror World. During their confrontation, the Digimon Mephismon emerges from the swirling dark clouds.

The series streams on platforms including Prime Video, Hulu, U-NEXT, and others. New episodes typically become available on-demand each Wednesday.

The series premiered in October 2025 as the first new Digimon TV anime in two years. It follows Tomorou Tenma, who becomes involved with the digital monsters known as Digimon after meeting Gekkomon, a creature born from his AI support device.
