dot10 Releases New Single 'Ehon'

The alternative rock band dot10 has released a new single, "Ehon" (Picture Book).

dot10 began as the solo project of guitarist and vocalist Yoru Tadano. The band, featuring Naoki on guitar and Chikumo Horikoshi on bass, started on SoundCloud. Their first self-produced live show at Kichijoji NEPO in 2024 drew over 120 attendees.

Their previous single, "E-sou," released in July 2026, surpassed 36,000 views on YouTube within a month. They followed it with the tracks "Kokoro no Dokoka de!" and "from soundcloud."

The new single "Ehon" blends alternative and shoegaze sounds with layered vocals and sequences. The lyrics weave scientific terms with personal memories and prayers, creating a world removed from reality. The title refers to the freedom to draw an ideal world, just once.

The release includes the main track, a "Special Track" version, and a piano arrangement titled "PfTr-ehon."

The single was distributed by ZULA, a digital distributor operated by massenext. The band's music has been featured on OnlyHits Japan radio.
