FRUITS ZIPPER Announces New Digital Single and 5th CD

FRUITS ZIPPER marked their fourth anniversary with a live stream, announcing a new digital single and their fifth CD release.

The digital single, titled "ふるっぱれーど", will be released on April 24. A teaser for its music video was shown during the stream.

Their fifth single CD is scheduled for release on July 15. Pre-orders are open, with versions priced at 1,200, 1,800, and 3,300 yen.

During the anniversary broadcast, each member shared a personal goal. Suzuka Chinzei aims for a second consecutive Kohaku appearance. Yui Sakurai wants another Japan Record Award. Amane Tsukiashi hopes to perform at the National Stadium. Ruka Nakagawa wants a hit song bigger than "Watashi no Ichiban Kawaii Tokoro". Karen Matsumoto targets an appearance on M COUNTDOWN. Noël Hayase aspires to perform at Coachella. Mana Manaka aims for 500,000 CD sales.

The group debuted in April 2022. Their signature song "Watashi no Ichiban Kawaii Tokoro" has approximately 30 billion plays on TikTok. They have won the Japan Record Award for three consecutive years, made their first Kohaku appearance last year, and performed at Tokyo Dome this February.

They are currently on their 4th Anniversary Arena Tour, "DREAM WITH IN", which runs through July across eight cities. The new key visual for the tour, themed "a dream within a dream", was created by YUKARI of OFBYFOR TOKYO.
