=LOVE Performs New Single on Music Station, Charts Four Songs on Apple Music

Idol group =LOVE performed their new single 'Koi, Hajimemashita.' live on TV Asahi's flagship music program 'MUSIC STATION' on August 28. The track, a summer love song produced by Rino Sashihara, entered the Apple Music Japan Top 100 daily chart at number eight.

Four of the group's songs charted simultaneously. 'Tokubechu, shite' ranked 21st, 'Gekiyaku Chudoku' was 61st, and 'Zettai Idol Yamenaide' placed 85th. 'Tokubechu, shite' has surpassed two billion cumulative streams and 23 billion views on TikTok.

The new single's music video, directed by Ryohei Shingu, features the members in white gothic lolita outfits dancing in a vast white flower field. The song was written by Sashihara and composed by Ryuki Koike.

The group's 21st single started with first-day shipments exceeding 590,000 copies, a personal record for the group, and has since passed 600,000. Their previous single, 'Gekiyaku Chudoku,' sold over 500,000 copies and topped both the Oricon and Billboard Japan weekly singles charts.

=LOVE has announced two major concerts. The '=LOVE 9th ANNIVERSARY PREMIUM CONCERT' will be held at TOYOTA ARENA TOKYO on October 15 and 16, 2026. Their first Tokyo Dome performances, '=LOVE in TOKYO DOME,' are scheduled for January 19 and 20, 2027.

The release includes two other tracks: 'Natsu Nagori Summer Tune' and 'Yume no Tsuzuki.'
