MAN WITH A MISSION release 'Firestarter' for anime 'The Vermilion Mask'

MAN WITH A MISSION's new single "Firestarter" will be available for digital streaming on October 11. The track is the opening theme for the TV anime The Vermilion Mask.

The song was mixed by Chris Lord-Alge. The release also includes a new Hiroyuki Sawano remix of the band's previous hit "Kizuna no Kiseki" ("Bonds of Miracle").

A physical CD single follows on October 28. It will be released in three editions: a first-press limited edition with a "Mission Movie" DVD, a standard CD-only edition, and a period-limited edition featuring original anime artwork.

The Vermilion Mask is a fantasy series about masks that grant special powers, serialized in Young King Ours.

MAN WITH A MISSION will promote the song with a four-date "Firestarter Tour" in Tokyo and Osaka this December. The band is also scheduled to perform at AIR JAM 2026 in Chiba on November intra7 and at the MONGOL800 ga FESTIVAL in Okinawa on November 7 and 8.

The digital single "Firestarter" is available via a universal link. Pre-orders for the CD single are open at the official store.
