Oni no Hanayome Anime Reveals Cast, Visuals for 2026 Adaptation

The popular manga Oni no Hanayome (The Demon's Bride) has revealed its main voice cast and character visuals ahead of its television anime adaptation in 2026. The series has sold over 6.5 million copies.

A promotional video introduces the voices for eight main characters. New cast members include Natsuki Hanae as Nyan-kichi, Chikahiro Kobayashi as Ao, and Chika Anzai as Sou. They join previously announced leads Saori Hayami as Yuzu and Yuichiro Umehara as Reiya.

Natsuki Hanae described his character as having a mix of coolness and cuteness. Chikahiro Kobayashi noted his character's gentle nature, while Chika Anzai called hers a mysterious presence.

The anime is produced by Colored Pencil Animation Japan. The staff includes director Kazuhito Omiya, series composition by Yumi Kamakura, and music by Masaru Yokoyama.

The series won the Comic Seymour E-Comic Grand Prize in 2023. It ranked first in the platform's annual shoujo manga rankings for two consecutive years.

Aniplex will host a talk stage for the anime at AnimeJapan 2026 in Tokyo on March 28. The event will feature voice actors Saori Hayami, Yuichiro Umehara, Chikahiro Kobayashi, and Natsuki Hanae.

The official anime website and X account are now live. Oni no Hanayome is scheduled to begin broadcasting in 2026.
