The live show opened with the melody of "Ancient Song" performed by Meloetta, a Pokémon featured alongside Miku on the main visual. Hatsune Miku entered riding Miraidon. The first song was Mitchie M's "Mirai Donna Darou," which samples the opening BGM from the original Pokémon Red and Green games.

The setlist included tracks by Nayutalien, cosMo@Bousou-P, Kairiki Bear, Wonderful☆Opportunity!, Giga, syudou, Kuriyama Yuri, Satsuki, 8#Prince, Kanaria, Niru Kajitsu, Orangestar, Kasamura Tota, marasy, Haraguchi Sasuke, surii, Iyowa, PinocchioP, DECO*27, Inaba Kumoru, Jin, Omoi, Eve, sasakure.UK, and Uoya Sabo.

During Nayutalien's "Esper Esper," Meloetta used the psychic move Telekinesis to levitate Hatsune Miku. In Kairiki Bear's "Mero Meroid," Mawile performed a surprise Mega Evolution mid-performance.

A "Pokémon Wall" in the sub-arena allowed attendees to draw and write messages. Pikachu and Hatsune Miku mascots made a surprise appearance in the lobby before evening shows.

The concert's final song was "Crossroad" by kz and Taku Inoue. During the performance, Hatsune Miku transformed into her "Full Voltage" form, akin to a Pokémon form change.
