Ranma ½ Season 3 Premieres October 3 on Netflix Globally

The third season of the new TV anime adaptation of Rumiko Takahashi's Ranma ½ will premiere on October 3, 2026. The series will air on Nippon TV in Japan and stream exclusively on Netflix worldwide immediately after each broadcast.

Veteran voice actors Masako Nozawa and Mayumi Tanaka join the cast, alongside Jun Fukuyama, Saori Hayami, and Minami Tanaka.

Nozawa will voice the Grand Master of the Martial Arts Tea Ceremony school. Fukuyama plays her grandson, Sentaro Daimonji. Mayumi Tanaka and Saori Hayami voice currently undisclosed characters. Minami Tanaka will play Tsubasa Kurenai, a former classmate with a crush on Ukyo.

In her comment, Nozawa described her character as ostensibly elegant and quiet. Fukuyama expressed surprise at being cast in a new role, stating he performed until his throat was sore.

The production also revealed the jacket art for the Blu-ray and DVD release of Season 2. The set, scheduled for release on October 7, 2026, will include 12 episodes, audio commentaries, and original voice dramas.

Season 3 is produced by MAPPA, with direction by Kounosuke Uda and music by Kaoru Wada. The main cast, including Kappei Yamaguchi, Megumi Hayashibara, and Noriko Hidaka, returns.
