R&B singer Linus releases new single 'Moulin Rouge'

R&B artist Linus will release his new single, "Moulin Rouge," on April 10, 2026. The track is described as an alternative R&B song depicting a transient relationship that dissolves at dawn.

Linus cites influences from Japanese R&B pioneer Toshinobu Kubota and American artists USHER and Justin Timberlake. He began his career in 2013 writing for major artists under a different name before debuting as Linus in 2020.

"Moulin Rouge" was produced by RYUJA, a frequent collaborator. Linus said the song captures the danger hidden behind glamour and a moment of passion. "I pursued the atmosphere I wanted to express down to the smallest details of the top line and lyrics," he said.

The single will be available on streaming platforms via lnk.to/Linus_MR.

Linus is also scheduled to perform at the 'Otoiro' event at Zeela in Osaka's Umeda district on May 24, 2026. He said he hopes to introduce his groove to people who don't typically listen to R&B.

His previous work includes the 2021 album "Changes," which featured guest appearances from JAY'ED and Hiromi.
