ReoNa releases 'Yuiyui no Uta' ahead of free hometown concert stream

ReoNa has released a YouTube Edit video for her new song "Yuiyui no Uta."

The song's title references the island's "yuino seishin," a spirit of mutual aid. Lyrics include phrases in the local Amami dialect.

The video, which premiered February 28, features scenes of the island's coastline and landscapes. It also shows ReoNa interacting with local residents.

"Yuiyui no Uta" will be available on streaming platforms from March 7. A pre-save campaign offers a custom wallpaper for those who register in advance.

On the same day, ReoNa will hold a free live concert on Amami Oshima. The event, titled "ReoNa Free Live 2026 in Amami Oshima 'Shima Yui Amami'," will be streamed live worldwide via YouTube.

The stream will not be archived. A graphic with international time zones has been released for overseas viewers.

The concert will take place at an outdoor stage in Kaseda, Amami City. A paid priority seating area is already sold out.

ReoNa also announced a nationwide hall tour, "ReoNa Live Tour 2026 'De:TOUR -Domyaku-'," starting in July. The tour will visit Osaka, Fukuoka, Tokyo, Nagoya, Sendai, and Sapporo.

In a statement, ReoNa described Amami as her "reset button" and expressed a desire for the island's warm community spirit to endure.
