Spookiz Debuts Momo Character Spotlight with Cyndi Lauper Track

The 3D animation series Spookiz has released a spotlight video for its newest character, Momo. The video premiered on YouTube on May 29.

Momo is a tengu-inspired monster who lives in a remote mountain area. The video is set to Cyndi Lauper's 1983 hit "Girls Just Want To Have Fun."

The series, owned by Sony Music Labels, has over 6.3 million YouTube subscribers and more than 33 billion total views. Its current season, Spookiz -Monsters Awakening-, is set in Japan and features yokai-based characters like Momo and a kappa named Kapper.

The season finale is scheduled for release on June 5 at 21:00 JST.

The official Spookiz channels include a global YouTube account, a website, and profiles on X, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
