The romantic comedy follows 24-year-old office worker Rinko, a secret otaku. Her life changes when a protest via "wall bang" from her right-side neighbor leads to a broken wall. The culprit is revealed to be Usada, the creator of Rinko's favorite manga. The damage extends to the wall of her left-side neighbor, Satsuki, creating an unusual triangular living situation.

Kana Hanazawa voices the protagonist, Rinko. Kaito Ishikawa plays the neighbor Satsuki, and Haruki Ishitani voices the mangaka Usada.

Tatsunoko Pro is producing the animation. The series is directed and written by Itsuki Imazaki. The opening theme "C'est la vie" is by the group Cho Tokkyu. The ending theme "Sankaku Game" is performed by YUIKA.

The original manga by Wato Mura has surpassed 13 million downloads on the Comic CMOA platform since its 2020 debut. A collaboration commercial featuring new voice recordings from the cast will air in Japan.

More information is available on the anime's official website and its social media accounts.
