The Rolling Stones Announce New Album 'Foreign Tongues' for July 10

The Rolling Stones will release their new album, 'Foreign Tongues', on July 10. It is the band's first album in three years, following 2023's 'Hackney Diamonds'.

The 14-track album was recorded in under a month at London's Metropolis Studios with producer Andrew Watt. It features the core members, including drummer Charlie Watts on his final recordings. Guest appearances include Paul McCartney, The Cure's Robert Smith, Steve Winwood, and Red Hot Chili Peppers' Chad Smith.

The lead single, 'In The Stars', is accompanied by a music video directed by François Rousselet. The video uses deepfake technology from Deep Voodoo to map the faces of the Rolling Stones onto the bodies of British band Hot Property, depicting a young version of the group performing across different eras and cultures.

Mick Jagger has shared an unboxing video for the album. Japanese translations of the first two episodes of the band's podcast, 'Speaking in Tongues', are also available.

The album artwork is a painting by American artist Nathaniel Mary Quinn.

The tracklist includes 'Rough And Twisted', 'In The Stars', 'Jealous Lover', and 'Mr. Charm'.
