TV Anime 'LV999 no Murabito' Sets July 2026 Premiere, Reveals Theme Songs

The TV anime adaptation of the popular light novel series 'LV999 no Murabito' (The Villager with LV999) will premiere on July 1, 2026.

The series will air on TV Tokyo and BS Fuji. It will also stream exclusively on ABEMA and DMM TV in Japan, with the first episode available simultaneously with the TV broadcast.

The opening theme 'Not a Hero' is performed by Aitsuki Natsuki & Itsuki Natsume. The ending theme 'HP' is performed by yukimura.

Aitsuki Natsuki described wanting to deliver the song's momentum and heat. Itsuki Natsume stated the song's theme is about not giving up on oneself.

yukimura. said he sang 'HP' as a person living in reality, overlapping the song's temperature with his own past.

The anime is based on the light novel series by Hoshitsuki Neko, which has sold over 3.8 million copies. The story is set in the fantasy world of Earthclear, where people are born with levels and roles. It follows a villager named Kagami Koji, who has reached the maximum level of 999, and Alice, the daughter of the Demon King, as they aim for coexistence between demons and humans.

A Blu-ray Box for the anime's first half is scheduled for release on October 28, 2026. It will include an original soundtrack and a newly written short story by the original author.

A store collaboration with Sanko Marketing Foods will run from late June to late July 2026 in the Kanto and Tokai regions.

The anime is produced by Brains Base. The cast includes Keiji Inomata as Kagami Koji and Nao Touyama as Alice.
