YOSHIKI signs global distribution and publishing deal with BMG

YOSHIKI has signed a global distribution and publishing agreement with BMG. The deal, first reported by Variety, covers his new music through his own label Melodee, his solo album 'Eternal Melody', and major X JAPAN works released since 1993.

The first release under the partnership is a new version of "Forever Love" performed live with Josh Groban.

"I have always believed that music has no borders," YOSHIKI said. "I am about to embark on one of the biggest and most creative challenges of my career. I am working on new projects that fuse rock, classical, pop, and contemporary music in ways never done before."

BMG Senior Vice President Michael Kachko called YOSHIKI "a true global artist with creativity, vision, and a strong connection with fans that transcends genres and borders."

The Variety report is available here. "Forever Love (Live)" is available on streaming platforms.
