Girls Archives. Pre-Debut Song 'Reborn' is Theme for Netflix Film

The song "Reborn" is the theme for the Netflix anime film "THE RIBBON HERO," which premieres globally on August 8.

The track was co-written and composed by Japanese production unit HoneyWorks and Korean singer-songwriter SHAUN, known for the viral hit "Way Back Home."

The full music video for "Reborn (THE RIBBON HERO Inspired MV /Archive#00000000)" will premiere on YouTube on August 8 at 20:00 JST. A new group visual was also released, though the members' faces remain concealed.

The five members—YUISA, ENA, SEOYEON, HINARI, and SOJEONG—shared their first official comments. "This is our first song, so we prepared it with special feelings," said YUISA. SOJEONG added, "I feel very honored to have our pre-debut as a movie theme song."

Girls Archives. is a collaboration between HYBE's Next Entertainment Business (NEB) division and Japanese net culture music company INCS toenter. The group blends real and virtual elements, with character designs by illustrator LAM.

"THE RIBBON HERO" is a Netflix original anime film based on Osamu Tezuka's "Ribon no Kishi" (Princess Knight). It features music by MONACA's Keiichi Okabe and Ryuichi Takada.

The single "Reborn" is available on digital platforms. The group's official channels include their website, X, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.

The film "THE RIBBON HERO" is now streaming on Netflix.
