The series stars actor and artist Non. It follows a woman who seeks revenge against her father, a genius shogi player, by aiming to become the first female professional in the game. The drama also charted in the Top 10 on Netflix in eight countries and regions following its release.

Two other ABEMA originals, 'Scandal Eve' and 'Metropolitan Police Department Narcotics Control Division MOGURA', won Gold and Silver awards respectively at the same festival. The World Media Festival, founded in 2000, is a major European competition that received entries from 34 countries this year.

In a statement, Non said the role was a challenging departure, requiring her to learn shogi from scratch. She expressed hope that the story would become a source of hope for viewers around the world. Director and writer Yamagishi Shota stated the energy of the protagonist, who turns despair into hope, had resonated across borders.
