The Top 40 J-POP songs - Week 24 of 2025 – Only Hits Japan Charts

This week's music charts see no change at the very top as Creepy Nuts' "オトノケ - Otonoke" maintains its hold on the number one spot for the 20th consecutive week. Similarly, Imagine Dragons and Ado's collaboration, "Take Me to the Beach," holds steady at number two, a position it's comfortably occupied for the past seven weeks. LiSA and Felix of Stray Kids make a noteworthy move upward, with "ReawakeR" climbing to the third spot, overtaking Creepy Nuts' "Bling-Bang-Bang-Born," which drops to fourth.
The rest of the top 10 sees minor shifts with Eve's "Kaikai Kitan" making the most significant leap, jumping six places to land at number eight. Meanwhile, "It's Going Down Now" by 高橋あず美 and others slips one spot to ninth. Entries by Fujii Kaze and YOASOBI's "アイドル" remain unmoved, sitting at fifth and sixth positions respectively. Lilas Ikuta's "百花繚乱" also enjoys stability, maintaining its spot at ten.

Mid-chart dynamics reveal Tatsuya Kitani's "青のすみか" inching up one position to eleven, and Ado's "唱" moving past a chunk of songs to settle at sixteen. In positions 17 to 20, YOASOBI's "Watch me!" and ヨルシカ's "晴る" show upward momentum, with the latter climbing significantly from position 25 to enter the top 20. Conversely, several songs including XG’s "IS THIS LOVE" and GEMN’s "ファタール - Fatal" experience declines.

Rounding off the chart, "The 1" by muque emerges as a new entry at thirty-eight, bringing fresh competition. Lower spots feature notable climbs from songs like "Odo" by Ado at thirty-two, previously at forty, and SEKAI NO OWARI's "最高到達点" which experienced a slight fall. Meanwhile, "IYKYK" by XG concludes the top 40, slightly descending from its previous stance. As the chart continues its dynamic rhythm, artists vie for higher placements in the weeks to come.
