A music video for the song premiered on Oraf-kun's YouTube channel on May 22. The song was produced to commemorate his birthday. The title 'My Go!' originates from a phrase he uttered when getting lost during a game stream.

Lyrics, music, and arrangement were handled by ぼっちぼろまる (Bocchi Boromaru), with guitar by ナオ (Nao).
