Rilakkuma Anime Announces Broadcast and Global Streaming Schedule

The new anime adaptation of San-X's Rilakkuma will premiere on April 4, 2026.

The first episode airs on TBS in Japan at 9:25 AM. It will be followed by broadcasts on other TBS affiliate stations across the country on varying dates throughout April.

Digital streaming begins weekly from April 4 at 9:30 AM on several services. It will stream globally on Amazon Prime Video. Other listed platforms are ABEMA Premium, d Anime Store, and WOWOW On Demand.

Singer-songwriter Ikuta Rira provides the series narration. She also performs the theme song "stay with me," which she wrote and composed.

The anime is directed by Tadahiro Itazu (first half) and Yumi Kamakura (second half). Music is composed by Kota Yokozeki, Yoshiyuki Ikeda, and Mizuki Kanno.
