Digimon Beatbreak Episode 30 Preview Reveals Makoto and Kiropmon's Past

Toei Animation has released the synopsis and exclusive preview images for the 30th episode of the TV anime 'Digimon Beatbreak'. The episode, titled "The Wings That Protect You," airs in Japan on May 10, 2026.

The Growing Dawn team returns to the Shangri-La Egg on a request from the president of Kyuonji Industries. Makoto and Kiropmon's expressions darken after hearing testimony from Makoto's hospitalized twin brother, Tsukasa. The investigation reveals the true aim of the culprit.

The series is available for international streaming on Prime Video and Hulu. New episodes are typically added shortly after their Japanese broadcast.

Digimon Beatbreak follows Tomorou Tenma, who gets pulled into an extraordinary world after meeting Gekkomon, a Digimon born from an AI support device called Sapotama.

The series is directed by Hiroaki Miyamoto, with series composition by Ryota Yamaguchi and character designs by Takahiro Kojima. The main cast includes Miyu Irino as Tomorou Tenma and Megumi Han as Gekkomon.

The Digimon franchise began in 1997 with the Digital Monster virtual pet. The first anime, Digimon Adventure, launched in 1999.
