HANA's JISOO to Debut Solo as LEE JISOO with Digital Single

JISOO from the seven-member girl group HANA will make her solo debut under the name LEE JISOO. Her debut digital single, "MISMATCH/Movie Star," is scheduled for release on September 8, 2026, which is also her birthday. She is the first member of HANA to debut solo.

Accompanying the announcement are the first artist photos of LEE JISOO and the jacket art for the single. The visual presents a different side from her group persona, shot in pale, glowing light with an electric guitar. The single's cover features a bold close-up with a metallic bandage on the bridge of her nose.

The single contains two tracks: "MISMATCH" and "Movie Star." Both songs are primarily in Korean, with some English. LEE JISOO participated in the writing and composition for both tracks. "Movie Star" was produced by CHANMINA, who also produces for HANA.

LEE JISOO described "MISMATCH" as a song about wanting to love her imperfect self, and "Movie Star" as a love letter to someone who always lets her be herself.

Pre-save for the single is now available. The digital release is set for September 8.
