wave to earth announces first Japan concerts for 2026

Korean indie trio wave to earth will perform in Japan for the first time in November 2026. The shows in Osaka and Tokyo follow their sold-out 29-date North American tour.

Their 2024 EP 'play with Earth! 0.03' reached number 5 on Spotify's Global Top Albums chart.

Their ongoing 'the pieces tour' includes stops at New York's Radio City Music Hall, Los Angeles's Greek Theatre, and Singapore Indoor Stadium. They have also performed at Lollapalooza festivals in Chicago, Chile, and India.

The band recently released a new single, "heaven and hell." The track moves away from their established lo-fi jazz sound toward intentional minimalism, built on nylon-string guitar, Minimoog bass, and CP70 piano.

The music video for "heaven and hell" was directed by Argentine filmmaker Maureen F. Hugener and filmed in Mexico with local Zapateado dancers.
