Hakane releases 'dust-chute' as theme for new TV drama

The music project Hakane has released its new digital single "dust-chute." The song serves as the opening theme for the TV Tokyo late-night drama "My Offset Diary" (Watashi no Sōsai Nikki), which premiered on June 5.

The track was written specifically for the drama. It features vocals from FU, composition by Eiichi Nakamura, and songwriting by Cawl.

A music video directed by Fax Connor was also released. It depicts the story of an angel who can no longer fly.

"dust-chute" is available on major streaming platforms including Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, and Amazon Music.

The drama "My Offset Diary" stars Ano and features a supporting cast including Kabutozuka Airu, Yumechi (from 3ji no Heroine), Yūi Ryōko, and Takenaka Naoto. Ano also performs the drama's ending theme, "KILL LOVE." New episodes air weekly on TV Tokyo and its affiliates. After broadcast, episodes are available for streaming on U-NEXT, with catch-up viewing on TVer and other services.
