Ma'Scar'Piece Completes First National Club Tour, Releases New Track 'Hallucination'

The virtual idol unit Ma'Scar'Piece wrapped their first national club tour on January 31 at ATOM TOKYO-SHIBUYA. The five-member group, part of Bandai Namco Entertainment's Denonbu project, performed across five cities starting last November.

The final show began with a DJ set from members Kanazaki Yurii (voice of Meizen Mion) and Sakuma Nagi (voice of Shoin Sena). Their set included trance arrangements of J-Pop and anime songs, along with Denonbu's own "Denpa Jack." The main live performance opened with their new single "Hallucination," released digitally on January 23.

Member Yamamoto Airi (voice of Sangen Kagura) described the track as a song of "conflict and illusion" where they sought their own identity. The setlist mixed original songs like "ALASKA," "Into a trance," and "Supernova" with covers of other Denonbu area unit tracks, including "Lemon Shoujo" and "Shining Lights."

During the MC segment, member Tatara Yura (voice of Komaba Rein) became emotional, thanking fans for their support throughout the tour. Sakuma Nagi expressed a desire to perform in larger venues in the future.

The audience's calls for an encore brought the group back to the stage, where they performed "Hallucination" a second time. The members joked that they wanted fans to listen to the song ten times before bed.
