Taiwan's Vagabond Festival 2026 Opens Auditions for Japanese Artists

Japanese artists can now audition for a performance slot at Taiwan's largest music festival, Vagabond Festival 2026.

The selected artist or group will perform in Tainan on November 7 or 8, 2026. Applications are open through June 29 via the Bitfan platform.

The partnership between SYNCHRONICITY and Vagabond Festival began in 2025. Last year, Japanese artists including The Novembers, Conton Candy, and Haku. performed at the Taiwanese festival. In turn, Taiwanese artists were featured at SYNCHRONICITY in Tokyo.

A package tour with language support will be available for purchase starting June 17. The tour includes festival tickets, accommodation, and bus transport from the hotel to the venue in Tainan.

Vagabond Festival 2026 is scheduled for November 7-8 at the Anping Sunset Platform in Tainan. SYNCHRONICITY'27 is planned for April 10-11, 2027, in Shibuya, Tokyo.
