The song was created as the "Learning Song" for November for NHK's children's program The Wakey Show. It incorporates video shooting techniques and tips into its lyrics. The track debuted as part of the show's Sunny Street Festival special, which ran for one week starting November 2.

The music video premiered during the festival broadcast on NHK E-Television.

ISSEI, whose channel has over 75 million subscribers, is known for non-verbal, idea-driven content popular with children worldwide. He was selected for the Forbes 30 Under 30 Japan list in 2025.

In a statement, ISSEI said he was surprised and happy that his filming techniques were turned into a song and that he could star in the music video. He expressed hope that people would enjoy the song and film videos while humming it.

The Wakey Show airs weekday mornings on NHK E-Television, targeting elementary school students. Episodes are available for catch-up viewing on NHK Plus for one week after broadcast.
