Kanade Mil Announces Second Single 'protocol' for Worldwide Release

Kanade Mil will release her second digital single, 'protocol', on October 2, 2026.

Kanade Mil is the solo project of Kayo, leader of the Nagoya-based girl group HATEandTEARS. The group has performed at France's Japan Expo.

The single is described as cyber electropop, built on digital synth sounds and driving beats.

The lyrics explore connection, signal, and sync, depicting a relationship across a screen.

The official music video premieres on YouTube at 18:00 JST on October 2. The visual aesthetic uses a black base with neon pink and blue accents.

The single cover art features segmented mirror-like parts and a vivid pink cable.

'protocol' follows Kanade Mil's debut single 'SUN LAND SUN', released on August 14, 2026. The universal streaming link for the new single is available via linkco.re.
