LEE JISOO releases debut solo single 'MISMATCH'

LEE JISOO of the group HANA has released her debut solo single. The track 'MISMATCH' and its music video dropped on September 8, her birthday.

She is the first member of the seven-member group HANA to release solo music. The group is produced by CHANMINA.

The 'MISMATCH' music video was filmed entirely in South Korea, directed by NOVVKIM. Scenes include personal clothing items from JISOO's own wardrobe.

In a statement, JISOO described the song as a hope that "we can all someday applaud our own shortcomings." The B-side, 'Movie Star', is labeled a love letter to someone who allowed her to be herself.

JISOO co-wrote lyrics for both tracks. Collaborators include View, NATHAN, HOHO, CHANMINA, AVIN, SLAY, and Chase.
