The album contains ten tracks. It includes two new songs, one of which, "number", was written by Sentimental Million's Atsushi Onshi. The remaining eight tracks are previously released singles.

"Good Day" is described as a pop tune with a light, clap-along sound designed for audience participation at live shows.
