The Top 40 J-POP songs - Week 05 of 2025 – OnlyHit Japan Charts

This week’s top 40 chart remains led by "オトノケ" by Creepy Nuts, securing its position at number one for the seventh consecutive week. Imagine Dragons’ collaboration with Ado, "Take Me to the Beach," retains the second spot, while "Bling-Bang-Bang-Born," also by Creepy Nuts, continues its hold on the third position. Entering the chart afresh at number four is "Magnetic" by ILLIT, marking the only new entry in the top ten.
The chart sees notable movements, with "It's Going Down Now" by 高橋あず美 and team climbing one spot to number six. On the rise as well is "青のすみか" by Tatsuya Kitani, which jumps from number eleven to crack the top ten at number nine. Meanwhile, "ReawakeR" by LiSA and Felix of Stray Kids slips one spot down to number five, and YOASOBI’s "アイドル" drops from fifth to seventh.

Further down the list, Kenshi Yonezu’s "Plazma" makes a significant leap from position 27 to 19 in its second week. The bottom half of the chart showcases several debuts, such as "Elf" by Ado at number 26 and "Spinning Globe" by Kenshi Yonezu entering at number 40. Meanwhile, "Sayonara" by Kenshi Yonezu ascends impressively from 40 to 31.
