The Top 40 J-POP songs - Week 06 of 2025 – OnlyHit Japan Charts

This week’s top 40 chart holds steady at the top, with "オトノケ - Otonoke" by Creepy Nuts maintaining its grip on the number one spot for the eighth consecutive week. Imagine Dragons and Ado’s "Take Me to the Beach" continues to impress audiences at number two, holding steady once again. Meanwhile, "Bling-Bang-Bang-Born" also by Creepy Nuts secures the third slot, showing the duo’s dominance on the charts.
A notable mover in the top ten is "HOWLING" by XG, climbing eight places to land at number eight, marking its first week at this position. LiSA’s "ReawakeR" featuring Felix of Stray Kids moves up to fourth, inching from its previous fifth position. King Gnu’s "SPECIALZ" sees a comfortable rise from the eighth to the sixth position, displaying a strong five-week run within the top ten.

The middle of the chart sees "Elf" by Ado make a significant leap from number 26 to 16, solidifying its position early in its chart journey. At number 20, we welcome a new entry, "BOW AND ARROW" by Kenshi Yonezu, already making a strong impression in its debut week. Kenshi Yonezu is quite present this week with other tracks like "Azalea" and "地球?? - Spinning Globe," both climbing a handful of spots from last week.

While some songs have taken hits, like “Plazma” by Kenshi Yonezu dropping by four places to 23, it remains an overall exciting week for emerging hits and new chart dynamics.
